docs: add dashboard-ng/manager-ng and widget MFE integration guide · 34bce461

Concrete before/after tailwind.config.js examples grounded in the
actual current state of each consumer, not hypothetical:
    - dashboard-ng: its real local generatePalette/themes block and
ui-components theming.js plugin call (to be deleted), replaced by
themeProvider()+themeConsumer() with no args, now that the correct
brand values are the package defaults. Notes the separate raw
mindicity/mindicity-dark/blue color scales are a different
      mechanism, out of scope.
    - manager-ng: no existing theming plugin to remove (verified) --
a plain addition alongside its own utilities/icon-size plugins.
    - Widgets: demanio-widget's actual pattern (local color scale +
typography plugin, no theming at all) as the "before", showing
themeConsumer() added alongside existing plugins without removing
      anything, migrated gradually.

Also documents that reading from the gitlab-di.mindicity.it registry
needs no auth token (verified via curl: unauthenticated GET returns
    200) -- only publishing does.
